This is why guys like you hate Scalia. He actually reads the words in
the constitution and believes it says what the actual language in the
constitution says.
The Constitution says
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"
Erecting a religious statue on public property is a violation of the
Establishment clause. And once again, you go over the top. I don't
*hate* Scalia. I think he is a horse's ass of an Associate Justice.
Tell me again, what law did "congress" "make" about that rock?
How is a rock "establishing" religion? Particularly a replica of a
rock that is over 4000 years old. Isn't that just history?
You are always conflicted about these kinds of things. One day the
bible is a fairy tail and the next day it is historical text. It
certainly is when you have an axe to grind over a land grab.
We've already had that discussion. You lost. Move on.

This Halloween, I’m dressing up as a Republican to answer the doorbell.
I’ll give one rich white kid an entire bag of expensive imported
chocolate and make the other 100 kids split a Tootsie Roll.
