You're leaving off the other half of voting...registration.

Pretty easy to do. Even if you can't do this, a third party can do it
for you:

Here's the postcard you can mail in to register to vote. Block six
asks
for an "ID" number which could be a driver's license or Social Security
number.

If you don't have either, the instructions say to indicate that on the
card and your state will assign an ID number.

Really isn't very difficult. If you can't figure it out a third party
can assist you.

There's a state in this country that apparently "misplaced" 40,000 voter
registrations. Gosh, is it a state with a GOP governor?

... another MSNBC myth?

There's no question that the GOP engages in gerrymandering in order to
gain a political advantage in some areas. It may be controversial but
it's legal.

Voter fraud seems to be more of a Democratic Party thing. It's illegal.

It goes a lot further. Almost 80% of the Tea Party and conservative
groups targeted and dismantled before the last election were in one
state, care to guess which state that was. Here's a hint, it was one
where the republicans lost by a small margin and it turned the election...
