I don't see it that way at all. My impression is that you have a
very thin skin for any kind of criticism at all, subtle or not.
Consider criticism to be free advice of sorts. Perhaps you see things
differently, so just ignore it without getting all snotty about it. Or
perhaps there is something to be learned if you think about it.
