That's pretty silly. Most gun nuts shoot plastic bottles. Youtube is
full of videos of them doing it. And I doubt plugging a plastic leaves
a lot of "little pieces" that birds gobble up.
Plastic is a sea bird problem.

Fill it with water to get explosions.
