The only reason you would want to use HTML is if you are embedding
graphics or scripts. If you are doing that you should be in a binary

Yes, well, I wasn't writing about the Boy Scouts version of "Be
Prepared," but about the morons who are doomsday preppers. Now, Bilious, go back to sleep.
Maybe if you slept more, you would not be such a butthead. Boy Scout is
not prepared enough for natural disasters as well as man made ones.
