Would you want a stoned guy driving your truck?
Could the cops still cite him for DUI? (that is yes)
This is far from a settled issue. It will still be up to employers
whether failing a **** quiz is grounds for termination.
I am not sure I would want a stoned employee working for me and that
would include pot, heroin or (legal) prescription pills.
If they have a little lapse and get hurt or hurt someone else, you are
still liable.

Speed might be OK tho ;-)

He did not use it at work they said.

At least some forms of medical pot doesn't get you high.

Talk about "tin hat" lol.. if there is, a true CBD form that doesn't get
you high, I guarantee it's a one off product like the one going through
the courts now for a 7 year old kid... Medical MJ is a joke, maybe 1% of
users really "need" THC or CBD... The rest just want to get stoned..

So let them. I have nothing against casual pot smokers. Better than
drunks.

BTW ... what does a "tin hat" have to do with my comment? All I said is
that some forms of medicinal pot does not get you high. There have been
several reports on it's success.
