Quite a few of the Jewish faith as it turns out, and although I've
never had a black friend, I've beeen friendly with a number of black
colleagues, some of whom I hired.

I am sure he never actually lived with black people.
For some reason it seemed to be in my travel profile at IBM that I was
OK with black people and if there was a black guy in my class, they
bunked him in with me ... and I was OK with it.
My 3d shift partner and I were also the only real IBM friends most of
the black guys had. We went to their parties and they came to ours.
Actually, I lived with a black family several times, including back in
the early 1960s, on a voter registration drive in Mississippi, when I
lived with a black family for about two weeks, and back about a year
ago, when I lived with a black family in Kenya for a week or so. There
were two other instances. So, once again...you're... *wrong*
