Default Derelect Vessels

FWC Smokescreen.

What do the police do with derelict vehicles?

They tow them to a junkyard and have done with it.
Then they attempt to track down the owner and
charge him for the towing. They don't hold a
bunch of meetings where they propose draconian
laws where every responsible driver on the road
has to pay for the negligence of a few shirk laws.

Derelict vessels are a FWC smokescreen that is
being used to impose mooring fields, pump out
requirements, anchoring restrictions etc. on
responsible boaters. Make no mistake about it.
It's all about regulations and control. It's
an excuse to abuse authority and act like
jack booted thugs. That's the FWC. I've experience
their tactics first hand and had to take the
*******s to court to keep them from succeeding
in their bully tactics.

Funds are available to remove derelict vessels.
Why aren't they being used? Because the FWC
would rather retain the presence of derelict boats
as with them they can more easily garner public
support to harass and control boaters in general.

Boots on our throats! Believe it.
