Why not?

An Arizona shooting instructor has died after a 9-year-old student
accidentally shot him in the head.

Charles Vacca, 39, was pronounced dead on Monday, according to a press
release from the Mohave County Sheriff?s Office. Vacca was an
instructor at Bullets and Burgers, an outdoor shooting range about 25
miles away from Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Investigators say he was shot with an automatic Uzi around 10 a.m.
Monday while teaching a 9-year-old to use the gun. When she pulled the
trigger, recoil sent the weapon flying over her head.

Vacca was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital where he died of his
injuries.

The girl was at the range with her parents, according to Fox 5.

I learned to shoot with an assault style weapon when I was 11 years old.
I received a Winchester 190 from my father. It was capable of holding 21
shorts in its magazine and you could shoot all of them as fast as you
could pull the trigger, just like an AR-15 with a 20 round magazine.

Were you a 9 year old girl with an Uzi? Is that what you're saying?
