Why do you say that? The market is doing fairly well but there is no
sign yet of frothy speculation. Watch interest rates. When they
start to rise, that will be the end of the party. Meanwhile the
economy is showing signs of improvement and that will most likely keep
things rolling for a while longer. A sure sign that it's time to sell
is when you start to hear your friends and neighbors talking about how
much they have made in the stock market.
