By that logic, we were never at war with Japan at all. We never
invaded Japan and they never invaded us.
In fact WWII didn't even start for us until 1945 when we invaded

We know that is stupid and we were at war with Iraq from 1991 until

We just had a cease fire for a couple of years but we are back in it

My point was that Clinton wasn't dumb and avoided invading Iraq and
staying there, and that Bush was dumb because he invaded Iraq and stayed
there, and all you righties have are neverending "justifications" for
Bush's invasion of Iraq. That Clinton authorized the bombing of Iraq and
other measures is not relevant...he was smart enough to not invade Iraq.
