I don't shoot critters.

You swerve and run over people and critters.

No, Bilious, I don't swerve to run over people but I do swerve to
avoid
hitting a critter.

You already stated you broke a burglars legs via your truck.
Therefore you
swerve to run over people.

Yet another example of how what is left of your brain malfunctions.
What makes you think a "swerve" was involved? You just assumed
that. The
conclusions you draw from what is posted here usually are wrong.

You did not drive straight, or you would not have pinned the
burglar. As
usual, you are truth challenged.

We'll explain this for the terminally stupid...

The thief was in my garage, loading up his car with my stuff. When I
clicked on the opener in my truck, the garage door opened and the
thief
crossed from the passenger side of his car and over to the driver
side
of my truck. I drove straight forward and pinned him.

Do you need a diagram?

How courageous of you. Was he threatening you in any way?

If the theif was in Harry's garage loading up his, the theif's, car
with
Harry's stuff there shouldn't have been enough room in Harry's garage
for the theif's car and Harry's truck. Harry should be been charged
with
assault and battery, Harry was in a safe location, inside his truck,
and
Harry should have let the theif leave.

That's certainly what JPS would say.

Doubtful, because JPS would have remembered that I was outside the
garage when I engaged the garage door opener, and never stated I or my
truck were inside the garage. I pulled into the driveway and when I
opened the door, the thief's car was directly in front of me.

My comment had nothing to do with your truck being inside the garage,
nor was Bar's comment. Bar said, ".... Harry was in a safe location,
inside his truck, and Harry should have let the theif (sic) leave."

That's what prompted my comment about JPS. He has advocated on more
than one occasion that victims of crimes should just back off and let
the criminals do their dirty work.

Uh-huh. Why wouldn't there have been room in the garage for the thief's
car and my truck? And why would I have been charged with assault if the
thief was coming at me with a tire iron? Bert had no idea whether I was
or was not in a safe place.

Because you could have reversed the truck and got out of the way.

I'm apparently not the pussy you are.

Pussy? You should have got out and done Mano a Mano.
