You might want to blame it on a democrat problem, but
unless someone finds info to correct me, I think it is a
cultural problem. Being raised in a culture that is poor, not having any
role models, not having a positive outlook on the future, seeing theft
all around you, see abandoned buildings that are looted for their
copper, seeing selling drugs as an income stream. That is the reality of
many black youths. They grow up in a culture where they see friends get
shot and see friends shoot people. If no one can talk about
a culture that nurtures this mindset it won't change.
But, I'll probably be called racist for pointing out the truth,
and nobody will touch the subject.
