Our flying behind a local middle school may come to a halt. One of the guys was flying and the
assistant principal came out to tell him the county schools had received a letter from the FAA about
the flying behind the school. Turns out we're within 15 miles of the Washington Monument, which is
the center of a no fly zone for about everything, including models, unless approved by the FAA.

It didn't help that the dumb **** was flying at 6:45 on a school day. Real dumb.



Anything that keeps you away from public schools is a good thing.
