You've written some stupid things, but that tops it all. If someone were banging your head against the concrete, you would have taken any steps necessary, including taking the aggressor's life, to stop it if you had the means. You know that. Why lie about it?

Not in evidence. You certainly present as being hot-headed enough to cuss someone out for some perceived slight against you, and that's enough in many neighborhoods to get your head slammed into the ground, or worse.
