They've been talking about a shortage of Tanzanite for years.
Tanzanite will always be there - like guns and bullets.

We were talking about proposed "Personalized" firearms. I consider
that to be severe restrictions.

I don't know much about Tanzanite. According to Wiki it was first found
in 1967 and classified in 2002. Apparently it's only found in 4 square
kilometers in only one place on the planet (Tanzania).
I'd say that's pretty rare.
