So what? .22LR is half the price or less than of .223, and you can get
1000 bb's for six bucks or so. There's almost always something cheaper.

If you want loud bangs, and lots of them, them military caliber is needed
if you want to have enough money to pay your taxes.



All the non subsonic firearms rounds I've heard to date are loud enough
for me.
