Very cool, but where oh where is 'Ma Deuce'? I miss her lovely profile in the bow - doesn't look
like there's enough room in the stern.

I think that mount on the bow is for an M-60.
That is what I usually see here on the RIBs.
Ft Myers Beach has 3 the last time I looked in different sizes (two
25s and a 33) but they discourage you getting in very close for a
better look. They also have a "white one", 110 I think.
Yup. I was thinking of the escort we had leaving Seattle Harbor, but it wasn't an M2 in the bow.
Looks like an M-60.

An M2 might shake that RIB apart.
We had 6 of them going on a 311' cutter and the guys said it was
rippling their coffee down on the mess deck.
I was on deck supervising the show and it was certainly impressive up
there.
We had several other guys burning 30 06 from M1s so the smell of
smokeless powder was definitely in the air.
We had cases of surplus WWII ammo that was out of date so it was
"shoot it or throw it over the side".
Sounds like fun. And yes, M2's will shake a tank!
