Hi folks

fibreglass boat with hole .is it repairable ...... how much would it cost
to repair .anyone recommend a repairer in or near glasgow ?

I would just walk away from that one if you are thinking of buying it.

If it is yours already...well how did you drop it to cause that much damage
?

Yes it is repairable, everything is; it just depends on whether the cost
justifies the end result.

Thanks for the reply ............. its been lying in a friends
neighbours garden for 3 years ... i think it was accidently ran
aground ....also just in talking it was mentioned there was attempts
to SQUARE up the hole in preparation for the repair which never took place .

bopttom line is it would be a freebie , and i wouyld view it as a ongoing
project
over 6/9 months

heres the crux ....any idea what i should be paying for the repair ??

Finally found a company , reasobaly local that can fix fibreglass , i have
posted
photos ...waiting on the bombshell to come back .......in the meantine
if you or anybody else knows about boats ...how much should the repaiur cost
??

you could get another boat like that in good condition for less than £ 250

so why bother ?
