Mexico Kayak Challenge

Does anyone know anything about the 1600 km Kayak Challenge race in
Mexico (http://www.kayakchallenge.com/)? How rough can the water get
there? Are there any teams that a single person can join? Thank you

Mexico Kayak Challenge

It looks like there is 20 teams with 20 members each (400 persons), why
don't you send then an email?
How rough depends on how far from the coast line they are going.
