Kayaking Prince William Sound second week in March?

Hello,
My husband and I will be in Anchorage March 5-9 and would love to
kayak in Prince William Sound on Sunday March 7th (and or 8th) if it
is feasible this time of year. If it is feasible which parts of the
Sound do you recommend this time of year, can we get into the scenic
glacier, wildlife area? What are good sources of tide and current
information and what should we be especially aware of? We kayak a lot
in the San Juan Islands – have been kayaking for 12 years and are
pretty strong kayakers – rain is fine. If it isn't feasible what
kind of activities would you recommend on the water or near the water
this time of year for people who live outside as much as possible? We
don't have to be back in Anchorage until the afternoon of March 9th so
we have a bit of time.
Thank you for your advise!

If it is feasible, Miller's Landing down near Seward would know
http://www.millerslandingak.com/ and would most likely be able to answer
your questions.

Nice folks when I was there in the summer of 2002.
