I found this reference online. Tthe ship burned on May 14, 2002, and
the Greenpeace article says that it's still in Antwerp harbor due to
conflicts over the toxics cleanup, but I don't know how current that
information is:

17/02/2004 Uitgebrand autoschip Silver Ray uit Antwerpen vertrokken
Het autoschip Silver Ray dat in mei 2002 in Antwerpen uitbrandde, heeft
dinsdag de haven van Antwerpen verlaten, werd bij het Antwerpse havenbedrijf
vernomen. Het schip lag 21 maanden aan de ketting omdat eerst alle
schadelijke stoffen moesten worden verwijderd. Het schip wordt nu door de
nieuwe eigenaar voor herstelling overgebracht naar China.
Normaal moest de Silver Ray, die intussen tot Naxos 1 werd omgedoopt, vorige
vrijdag al vertrekken, maar de havenkapitein liet het schip niet gaan zolang
een aantal facturen onbetaald bleven. Volgens het havenbedrijf heeft de
eigenaar nu alle openstaande rekeningen betaald.

De Silver Ray brandde in mei 2002 dagenlang toen het aangemeerd lag in
Antwerpen. Omdat de structuur van het schip nogal wat gevaarlijke stoffen
bevatte, beval de rechtbank dat het schip in Antwerpen moest blijven tot de
nieuwe eigenaar een contract voor de herstelling of voor een verantwoorde
sloop kon voorleggen. Dat moest voorkomen dat het schip terecht zou komen op
een sloopstrand in Azië.
