This is only her fourth trip. Owned by Express Marine , she joins a fleet of older rigs towing
coal barges along the east coast .

The DUTY was in the works for years . I would hear the EM tug operators talk about ' the new boat that was coming" ..
She stands out big time when compared to the other very old boats EM owns .
