Could it be the Bath Iron Works on an island in the Kennebec River in
Bath, Maine?

It probably is. We took a ride on the Maine Eastern Railroad,
and drove around a bit before heading back to where we were
staying.

Last time we were there was 2003. If not for COVID we probably
would have gone there this year with our 12 yo grandson.
