Romanian tall ship Mircea with the crew manning the yards. She is
inbound into Narragansett Bay while participating in Newport, Rhode
Island's tall ships parade.

It was an ugly day, when I arrived I could barely see the middle of
the channel. Fortunately it improved a bit and they decided not to
cancel the parade.
