Here's a couple of images from the Parrsboro area, Nova Scotia in July 1991.
Note that the tides here are around 47 feet, and astonishing thing to see.

Yeah. The tourist info in Parrsboro warns about walking out into the 'dry'
bay, in that the tide comes in faster than you can run (in the mud).
