I found this in a Walmart parking lot in Blue Ridge GA 9-11-2017.

Whoops! It must have snuck off-Cape when I wasn't looking. So this
doesn't happen again I have hired an additional lookout to monitor for
escaping vehicles. His pay is only a few clams but he refuses to go up
into the crow's nest.
