This barge has been traversing through here for years , several times
per week . She goes between a plant in Baltimore and some location up
the Delaware River in PA . These days she is propelled by the
Mcallister Responder , but many different Mcallister boats have pushed
her over the years . This tug is up too high to push the barge from
behind when it is loaded ,so they have to " hip " push her along .
