Traditional ferry, she is listed on their website as the relief vessal.

PT. JUDITH TO BLOCK ISLAND TRADITIONAL FERRY
The Maritime Vessel Block Island departures will be replaced with our
relief vessel MV Manitou. This vessel has limited amenities, no
concession and smaller passenger capacity.
