Default Tug - FIRST COAST 3-16 a.jpg

The tug FIRST COAST with an empty coal barge . Not all that long ago
it was common to see several tugs moving coal every day through the C
& D Canal . In 2016 your rarely see any at all . Coal shipments have
all but dried up thanks to the EPA and cheap natural gas .
