Mayflower II being returned to Plymouth, Massachusetts in August 2013 after
her first winter of repair work. The historical site in Plymouth, Plimoth
Plantation, is getting her ready for 2020 when they will celebrate the 400th
anniversary of the Pilgrims landing there.
There are several more repair trips after this one with the intention to
have her in Plymouth during tourist seasons and repair work done in the
winters.
This was not intended to be a parade. Even so, the Wareham Harbormaster
joined in.
