The escort tug Buckley McAllister is tied up to the barge Eva Leigh Cutler
and assisting the tug Comet through the canal. They were going with the wind
but against the current. I've seen tugs with barges hang around outside the
canal until conditions are favorable but never seen one get an assist
before.
