After days of heavy rain and wind from the much publicized storm off
the coast of the US mid Atlantic states , having just light rain and
drizzle today is a step in the right direction .

Here the tug IVORY COAST is towing the containor barge COLUMBIA
HOUSTON from Philadelphia to Norfolk .Marine traffic has been way way
down lately because of the storm , and this is the only boat through
all day .
