Down bound on the Delaware River - empty crude oil tanker .

In 2013 and 2014 crude oil comming in by tanker slowed as railroads
hauling Canadian and US oil made major inroads into the area's
refining market .

However , this year so far crude oil tankers have made a big comeback.

As a railfan I have noticed fewer oil trains going into the PBF
Delaware City oill refinery the last 2 months and almost non stop
oil tankers bringing in crude from overseas .

Last year very few ships called at PBF . I guess it all depends on the
price .
