Cuaght this guy late one recent afternoon in biund Delaware River .
He said to another boat he was pushing crude oil from New York .

Just a few years ago , you would never see crude move from NY to here
by barge . But times have changed. Crude by rail ,crude by barges ,
oil oil oil !!
