The hull of the ship is a big tank and they pump it out through that
rotating pipe inside the bridge work .

Thanks joevan. Right the Mvfarland is anchored in your town .
They are dredging the Delaware over the objections of the Jersey
folks. It is supposed to allow bigger ships further up the river.
