The tugs Seahound and Lac Manitoba are tied to the wall at the dry
docks in Port Weller Ontario Canada on March 23rd 2012. Meanwhile William J Moore and English River are still in the dry dock. Will they be pulled out the next day on a rainy Saturday? Time will tell. The William J Moore's big orange barge McLeary's Spirit was pulled out of the other dry dock earlier in the day. The St Lawrence Seaway and the Welland Canal opened the day before.
