The Peter R Cresswell is almost completely in Lock 7 (Thorold Ontario
Canada) of the Welland Canal. She is carrying road salt to Prescott
Ontario.

The fence is to keep people in the viewing area.

The salt was loaded in Goderich Ontario on October 23rd.
