That depends on how you look at it.

The first thing you do is toss him your wallet, then he hands you a tow
rope.

In Portland we have Sea-Tow. The other day a guy ran out of gas near the
marina. Sea-Tow delivered him some gasoline and I wouldn't have wanted to
pay that bill.

In Portland we have Sea-Tow. The other day a guy ran out of gas near the
marina. Sea-Tow delivered him some gasoline and I wouldn't have wanted to
