We are not at all amused by your incredible
observation. Pat has been posting here for a long time and you need to
learn to ask if you don't see what you want. Just like a newby
expecting everthing at once.

What *are* you talking about ? What, from my comment, do you presume I
am wanting, or expecting ?
For, I assure you, I do not wish for anything, less even expect
something.

All I wanted and did was to make a humorous comment, over a picture of
a barge which looked to me like it was made for such. Normally, I
would've expected for the sarcasm to be understood just from the tone
in which the post was written, but just to be sure I even putted
smileys at the end.

Of the 10,000 or so tall ships in the
world, I expect those that have been here more than a few years have
pictures of most of them. It there are that many now I doubt it. Still
this is the best place to see tall ships if you care to stay a while.

I have been following this group for the last several years. Until now
its regulars seemed like the normal sort. Based upon your reaction, I
guess I'll have to reconsider that impression.
