The Hong Kong flagged bulker Federal Kivalina went aground in Norway

Three ballast tanks are reported compromised. Already on scene are The
Norwegian Coastguard, a rescuecutter, SAR helicopter and two offshore
vessels.

It does not seem to be a big threat. Seems that port is a problem for
a lot of other ships as well.
