Smiling Nancy does it again ...

She secretly endorses and supports her Senate counterpart's (Chuck
Schumer) deal with McConnell to pass a budget bill but takes to the
House floor for over 8 hours blasting the bill because it doesn't
fix the "Dreamers" issue and says she cannot support it.

Vote fishing in prep for mid terms. That's all.
