Isn't it quaint?
 

Prayer was taken from schools, any mention of God is being removed from
public buildings, Clinton impacted the dignity of the presidency, teen
pregnancy is on the rise, drug addiction is running ramped and here in our
little corner of the world , Boat Racing, the vulgarity has run off most of
the respectable people.

The quaint part is that the 1 or 2 who have single handedly ruined this news
group are proud of their accomplishments and rationalize that just what the
world is all about now, besides the way they act is just part of their life.
I believe them.

Well as the old saying goes "The proof is in the pudding". This news group
used to carry 75-100 posts. now it's down to 9. It has stayed at 8 posts
for over two weeks.

To those one or two: Bask in the light of your accomplishment, but try to
note there don't seem to be very many people who appreciate your vulgarity,
they seem to have left as you can plainly see. If you keep at it long
enough, you two can race against each other because no one will come to the
races you attend. Then you can count on at least second place!

Does a rude mouth make you run faster on the course, or do you even know
what boat racing is all about? (In case you don't know, it's about going
fast on the water, competitors that would do anything to help you get into
the next heet of racing and life long friendships).

But I'm betting you just plain just don't get it though, do you?

Further, it's a family event with the family participating, in some cases
sacrificing something they want so pop can buy a new motor. I'm sure glad
I'm not taking my family around you one or two.(I have 3 girls) My family
worked the judges stand, set up the PA system, policed up the park area
after the event so we'd get an invite to race there again, filled fuel
tanks, set up boat stands, carried boats into the water, brought a sip of
cold water to us between heets, etc. My wife and one of my daughters were
high point in their classes.

Just who do you one or two think you are? King of the hill or something?
Look around, you don't seem to have very much respect nor support! If you
want to be hated, my hat is off to you, you have accomplished that!

OK, let 'er rip, send on your next batch of vulgarity, but recognize that
the public is looking at you in disgust, disrespect and feeling sorry for
you with your very limited vocabulary and sick outlook. -OR- You could
clean up your act and be an asset to the sport instead of ruining it.
