Recent repairs and updates include:
2004 Bilge pump counter, high bilge water alarm, new outdrive, and new
transom seal kit (shift, driveshaft exhaust bellows, and water hose).
2005 New cockpit carpeting, helm seats, and cockpit side panels. NEW
INTERIOR ( All New Alpha shift assembly (everything from the control to
the shift shaft assembly in the bell housing). New fuel flow meter, with
new fuel line from the tank to the filter with shutoff valve. 2006
Installed 5000 BTU seawater air conditioner. The canvas has been
professionally repaired and should last another season or two. New
anchor line (210 feet). New smart battery charger. New oil pressure
guage and sender (still not accurate), mechanically checked oil pressure
(it had always read low, the mechanical guage showed the oil presure is
normal), and had my mechanic check engine compression (A-OK). Fixed a
small oil leak, and cleaned the bilge. You can eat off the bilge in
this boat!

Not including my own labor and raw materials, this is over $6500 in
repairs and upgrades!

Here are a few of the boat's ammenities:
AIR CONDITIONING!!! Galley area with AC/DC refrigerator,
AC-electric/alcohol stove, and sink.Enclosed pumpout head with sink and
shower. Shore power with 120VAC outlets in the galley, dinette and head.
Hookup for hot water heater (current one needs repair). Built in RF
modulator (to plug in any audio accessory into the stereo). Opening
side windows and forward hatch. Tons of storage in the cabin and on
deck. Individual lights for all areas. Cockpit mooring cover.

Here are SOME of the negotiable extras:
25 watt stationVHF with DSC. Station mount mapping GPS. 1HP shop vac.
AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 player in cabin. A 15" LCD TV.Tool Kit. Spare
parts.All USCG equipment. Matching dock lines, and anchor with 210 feet
of brand new anchor line.

This boat and its contents are currently insured for $14,000. As of
3/11/2007 BUCvalu list the retail price of the boat between $16,300 AND
$18,400. NADA listed the Antigua with all affixed options at $9,415
(low) to $10,755 (Average). My asking price is now $8,000.00 for the
boat with all of the negotiable extras listed. Will consider small
cruising sailboat, 4 stroke jet skis, embroidery machines, vinyl decal
cutting machines, or hybrid vehicles in trade.
