For sale: my Mercury 2002 QS 340 sport inflatable boat. 11'2" w/
inflatable keel, wooden floorboards, oars, seat, pump, repair kit.
Only used a few times, just bought in October 2003. The boat included
beach launching wheels, and lifters (www.maximarine.com) Also included
is a Nissan 9.8hp ouboard. 2003 model 9.8hp four-stroke. The lightest
four-stroke in its class at only 81 lbs, I can easily handle it
myself. This motor only has 12hrs on it - just broken in! It was
broken in according to the manual, which means taking it easy the
first 10 hrs. I babied the motor and the boat. They are in like new
condition and both run perfectly. Also included with the motor are a
tool kit, gas tank and fuel line and extra motor oil. Motor was always
flushed with freshwater after use, and the boat was always wiped down
clean and is stored taken apart.
This is a great setup for fishing as many lakes are 10hp limited and
will soon by four stroke limited as well. Great gas mileage with the
four-stroke and it really flies with 2 people. The boat can hold up to
5 people weight-wise. Also a great dinghy setup. Very easy to assemble
and store - I can fit it all in my car and go to the beach with it.
