'Rapaz' is an Oyster 406 sailing sloop with an optional
cutter rig. She's equipped for short handed, long distance
cruising, and since 1996 she's been very thoroughly
re-furbished.

1. Routine commisioning jobs (wash, wax, water system
flush etc)
2. Must Do (repairs/replacements needed to make her 100%
serviceable)
3. Nice to have/cosmetic improvements (things that could
be put off to next year)
4. Long Term watch list (important future jobs likely
over the next 4 years)

It may sound a lot, but it's not a big list in fact. Should
be as useful as most surveyor's reports.
