I have a Cape Dory 25D in immaculate condition FS. Inboard diesel, glass and wood perfect. Interior hardly used. I also have a 32 foot slip for sale with the boat. Asking 19K. What year is she? Is she basicly equiped? Mark E. Williams Mark, she has the basics. The doctor who owns her is retired. He sailed her perhaps 10 times each summer. The past two summers she was launched and not used at all as far as I can tell. But she's professionally cared for by my friend at the yard. She's clean as a whistle without a scratch. What year is she? An 84 or 85. There was some confusion on that one...I'll have to have a look for myself. By the way, her bottom was taken down to the gel this year and nicely done. The owner is motivated and he also wants to sell his slip, also asking under 20K for a 32 foot slip in a very nice protected area of the marina. I know because I used to be in the slip next to him.
