Any idiot who purchased a mortgage that was written as a "NINJA" loan
or any other to of no documentation loan should should have have been
sued by his employer for for extreme stupidity.

doing...the one with the gazillion dollar balloon... * :)

I think he was a little too smart for his own good. The epitome of being
leveraged.

Last spotted on Sept. 23rd, but look at the weird groups he's been
involved with....

Might not be him. A common acronym like NOYB might be used by many
people.

There are lots of duplicate users of many of these sort of posting
nics







etc, etc, etc...

Someone may have even seen his nic and co-opted it because they liked
it. It's VERY generic
