Reading through the voting results from yesterday, it would appear
that members of the Congressional Black Caucus, many of whom come from
safe districts and aren’t at risk politically, voted no.

Seems like Pelosi is up to her sneaky stuff again. It's starting to
become pretty obvious she tanked the bill intentionally with the coming
election in mind. Kind of like the job she did on the idea of drilling,
telling her crew to go ahead and say they were for drilling, all the
while promising to never let that vote come to the floor.
