I'd have to go read it again, but I am pretty sure the policy we have has
some verbiage in it that relates to "reasonable precautions" to be taken in
the event of a severe storm or hurricane.

I think that clause is satisfied by filing a hurricane plan which our marina
requires from each boat owner yearly.
We have to indicate our desire, in order of priority, to be hauled (if time
permits), moved to an appropriate mooring, (if available) or "take no
action".
